Using A QuickBooks Pro Advisor

Recently I had a conversation with a client regarding the services I have provided over the years. I have provided a number of different services which include QuickBooks set-up, consultations, training, and classroom instruction. The client said that despite the knowlegde he gained through instruction and guidance I have provide, he still felt that he should call on me whenever a problem was encountered. His reasoning was that the expertise and knowledge I have provides me the ability to assess problems and solve them quickly.

I bring this up because it is very common of business owners to try and solve problems on their own. Many times they will spend several hours working to solve a problem instead of getting a Pro Advisor involved early in the process. It usually comes down to this: they do not want to incur the expense of Pro Advisor fees. However, the cost could be far less than what they may think. With years of experience and know-how, a Pro Advisor can fix problems quickly and also help avoid problems in the future.

There is tremendous value in the services provided by Pro Advisors. I would encourage all business owners who are current users of QuickBooks products to work closely with a Pro Advisor. They are an important asset to your business.
