The Wall Street Journal has a story about the diffficulty the IRS is having in putting together the 2011 Withholding tables. Remember, Congress has not acted to extend or make permanent the Bush tax cuts of 2001 & 2003. The article also has an analysis of what the affect of the expired law may have on paychecks come January 2011, similar to what LFC had done some time ago.
