The onerous 1099 requirment on business transactions from the Health Care bill has been repealed. This provision was set to begin in 2012. The president signed the repeal law on 4/14/2011. The projected compliance cost that business were to bear was estimated to be $26 Billion annually. This is good news for the business community.
