QuickBooks Online

If you need to up-date your QuickBooks software or are looking to begin using software for your business, consider the QuickBooks Online products.  QuickBooks (or Intuit) has made considerable progress with this product line, and they are devoting considerable time and resources to develop the product line further.
More businesses will find this product line a viable option for their accounting software solution.

Previously, the product was hard to recommend for most businesses.  It had limited functionality and it served a small niche in the marketplace (small, mostly service-oriented businesses).  However, this is changing rapidly.



Some reasons to consider the online products:

• Never an up-date (always current)
• No need for an accountant's copy - accountant can be set up as a user on the business's system
• can have multiple users on at the same time
• works with QuickBooks On-line Payroll

The collaboration with accountants and other 3rd parties online is perhaps the best reason for considering the product.
