Cash for Clunkers Program Up-date

The cash for clunkers program has created angry dealers in the state of New York. Apparently, the program has run into snags in reimbursing dealers. Since the program requires the dealer to cover the $4500 at the time of sale, many dealers are running into cash flow problems due to delays in getting reimbursed by the government.
